PPAI REGIONAL AFFILIATE PROGRAM Benefiting PPAM and Your Business
The PPAI Regional Affiliate program was launched in January 2006 to give promotional products regional associations support to better manage membership growth, end-buyer education and industry awareness.
By participating as a Regional Affiliate, PPAM will continue to operate independently, but for the first time, will have a formal alliance with the industry’s international not-for-profit association.
What does this mean for you, as a member of PPAM? The benefits that we receive as a Regional Affiliate will make it easer for future volunteer leaders to accomplish your goals. We now have access to templates, tradeshow promotion and support, leadership training and marketing support.
As a member of a Regional Affiliate, you also have access to savings and services that help you as a professional and help your business. Through discount programs like FedEx and CultivateU.com, you can save money and advance your industry knowledge.

Centralized Database
PPAM is able to tap into a central database of all regional association members.
UPIC Presence
All Executive Directors now have login IDs to UPIC- PPAI’s free search tool and product directory. All distributor/supplier companies listed in UPIC will soon be identified as specific regional association members.
Tradeshow Promotion
Regional Affiliates will receive additional exposure for their shows through an all-industry show calendar, listing in PPB magazine and support available through 20 hours of free marketing service. PPAI will also provide more than $56,000 in total support to all Regional Affiliate tradeshows.
Membership Recruitment
Regional Affiliate members automatically qualify for PPAI membership.
Leadership Training
Volunteer leaders can attend quarterly training sessions via webinars. PPAM can also send up to 5 leaders to the annual RAC Leadership Development Workshop.
PPB Magazine
Regional Affiliate members have the option to receive a copy of PPB Magazine.
Free MAS/CAS CEU Administration
PPAI will track MAS/CAS points for Regional Affiliates, so achieving certification is hassle-free.
On-site Certification Exam Proctoring
PPAM can request on-site proctoring, so members don’t have to travel to other locations to take the MAS/CAS certification exam.
FedEx Savings
All PPAM members will have access to FedEx® discounts, including savings up to 45% on select FedEx Freight LTL (less-than-truckload) shipments, up to 21% on FedEx Express and up to 15% on FedEx Ground.
